This privacy policy explains how OtleyHome Media Sp. z o.o. ("we", "us") collects and handles personal data on the website otleyhome.eu ("the Site"). What Data We Collect

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. This data is used solely to respond to your query. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Server Logs

Our hosting provider automatically records standard web server log data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page requested. These logs are retained for 14 days and used only for security and performance monitoring.

Cookies

The Site uses a single browser storage entry (localStorage key: oh_cookie_consent) to remember your cookie consent choice. No third-party tracking cookies are set without your explicit consent. We do not use advertising cookies or pass data to ad networks.

Legal Basis for Processing

Third-Party Services

The Site loads the Google Fonts Inter typeface from Google's CDN. This request sends your IP address to Google. If you prefer not to allow this, you can block Google Fonts via your browser's privacy settings or an extension such as uBlock Origin.

Images are loaded from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org). Accessing these images may log your IP address on Wikimedia Foundation's servers under their own privacy policy.
